Attorney Steven A. Reed
Founder of Reed Law Group, P.C., Steve, graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1991 and has been a trial attorney in the Ann Arbor area since 1992. Although his primary focus has been Family Law, he has successfully litigated cases in various areas of the law, including criminal, personal injury, business disputes, and landlord tenant issues. Steve’s goal is to always be exceptionally accessible to all his clients, making himself available 24 hours a day. As a family lawyer, Steve takes an aggressive approach to many of his cases to obtain the best outcome, while keeping his clients in the loop throughout the entire process as he guides them through their difficult legal journeys.
Steve is a court approved family law mediator and spends many hours a week mediating cases for the community at reduced rates. He has also been a court appointed arbitrator. He has received certificates from ICLE in the Family Law program as well as the Bankruptcy program.
Steve is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit, United States Eastern and Western District of Michigan and all of the State Courts of Michigan. Steve is a continuing member of the State Bar of Michigan, Washtenaw County Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, Washtenaw County Bar Association Family Law Section, the State Bar of Michigan Appellate Practice Section, and the State Bar of Michigan Family Law Section.
Attorney Kaylon A Wilson
Kaylon A Wilson is originally from Michigan. Kaylon graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 2005. After graduation she attended Wayne State University in Detroit, where she earned her degree in Psychology in 2010. Kaylon then went on to attend Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Ann Arbor. As a student attorney, Kaylon worked for the Washtenaw County Public Defender Clinic, the Guardianship Review Project, the Washtenaw County Trial Court and a family law firm based in downtown Ann Arbor. Kaylon is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Downriver Bar Association. Kaylon is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
