Attorney David L. Callahan

Family law attorney David L. Callahan has been practicing law for over ten years. His primary focus is domestic relations including divorce, child custody, modification actions, child support, alimony, paternity, guardianship, adoption, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Having been involved in thousands of family law matters across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts he puts that experience to use in every case he handles. Attorney Callahan has litigated matters on behalf of people from every walk of life including fathers seeking to enforce their rights, members of the military, the LGBT community and business owners.

“The best part of being a family law attorney is being able to bring some normalcy to people’s lives,” Attorney Callahan says. “When they come to me, they usually think that it’s the worst time of their life and that nothing’s going to get better. And then you explain that the process doesn’t have to be nasty or difficult and that there’s a way to get through it with as little pain as possible. In fact, it’s not uncommon to get a hug from a client when their case is over. David Callahan is a graduate of the New England School of Law and Becker College. Outside of work, he’s twice finished the Boston Marathon is an avid Chicago Cubs fan and enjoys spending time with his three beautiful children.


Attorney Laurel Barraco

Family law attorney Laurel Barraco thrives on helping people with complex divorce and family law matters. Attorney Hannah White

Attorney Hannah White has diligently represented clients through intricate and sensitive matters related to divorce, child custody, and probate matters for over 5 years. Attorney Christian Homsi

Attorney Christian S. Homsi has been practicing law for 18 years. He practices primarily in the area of domestic relations and represents men and women. Attorney Homsi assists his clients in resolving child support, alimony, and high-conflict custody issues, as well as paternity actions that address child-related issues of unmarried parties. In divorce cases, for example, he fights for his clients to ensure that they receive their share of the marital assets to which they are entitled under the circumstances of their marriage. If a party does not comply with a court order or a judgment, Attorney Homsi will discuss the problem with his client and may resolve it by filing a Contempt action in the Probate and Family Court. Attorney Alissa E. Brill

Attorney Alissa Brill devotes her practice to all aspects of family law including divorce, paternity, child custody, alimony, modification and contempt matters. In addition, she represents people in guardianship matters and with restraining and harassment prevention orders. Attorney Brill chooses to practice in these areas because they “have such an effect on a person; they are impacting one of the most important things in a person’s life, their family,” she says. With that in mind, her goal as an attorney is to help ease the burden of someone going through a crisis that has such an impact on their well-being, by providing efficient, thorough and compassionate representation.

Alissa Brill was born and raised in the suburbs of Boston, and is a graduate of the University of Rochester and Northeastern University School of Law. She is an active member of the Boston Bar Association.


Attorney Victoria S. Miranda

Attorney Victoria Miranda focuses her practice on all areas of family including divorce, child custody, paternity, and alimony. In addition to family law Attorney Miranda has extensive experience in criminal matters with a focus on restraining orders and harassment prevention orders.

Attorney Miranda applies her professional and life experiences to assist clients in navigating the complicated system with compassion and zealous advocacy.

Attorney Miranda is a former Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney where she gained significant courtroom and trial experience. As an Assistant District Attorney she was able to help the community and victims of crime during some of the most vulnerable times of their lives. After serving as an Assistant District Attorney, Attorney Miranda joined a private practice where she represented clients throughout the state of Massachusetts in their criminal and immigration matters as it related to family law and criminal law. Attorney Miranda also represented nursing homes, hospitals, and private individuals in obtaining guardianships, conservatorships and civil commitments.

Attorney Miranda enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a proud member of the Mashpee Wampanoag tribe and values her connection to her culture and tribe. Attorney Miranda is also dedicated to restorative justice and serves on the board of the Roxbury CHOICE program out of Roxbury Division of the Boston Municipal Court.
