Attorney Christopher T. Casey

Christopher T. Casey has been practicing law for more than 25 years. A lifelong resident of the North Shore, after graduating from New England Law Boston, he started at the Casey and Casey Law Offices  with his father, Joseph Casey, and his sister Pamela Casey O'Brien, who currently serves as Register of Essex Probate and Family Court.

Attorney Casey brings those skills to his estate planning work and at the Superior and Probate Courts. He serves as Counsel to Salem Five Bank and Eastern Bank, as well as to the Housing Authorities of Beverly and Salem, and to the Lynnfield Center Water District.

Attorney Casey is a member of the National Association of Elder Law. Attorney Casey was elected to the Essex County Commissioners Office in 1994 and served in this position until 1999. He has served since 2000 as a member of the Marblehead Zoning Board of Appeals. Mr. Casey is a former advisory board member of the Salvation Army, former Trustee of the Essex Agricultural and Technical Institute, former advisory board member of the North Shore Catholic Charities, and former Secretary of the Friends of Lynn/Nahant Beach Association. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Essex County Bar Association since 1995.

Attorney Sandra MacGregor O'Brien

Sandra MacGregor O'Brien is the lead attorney for the Probate and Trust Administration department of Casey & Lundregan.  Attorney O'Brien has considerable experience with all aspects of probate and trust administration from initial client interview through closing of the estate.

Prior to joining Casey & Lundregan Attorney O'Brien was in house General Counsel to the American Patriot Group of companies including American Mutual Lilability Insurance Company and prior to that she was Assistant General Counsel with Sentry Insurance in Concord MA.  She began her legal career with a Boston firm specializing in medical malpractice.

Attorney William J. Lundregan

William J. Lundregan, a Salem native, is a graduate of St. John's Preparatory School and Boston College where he received his degree in accounting. Mr. Lundregan is also a graduate of Boston College Law School.

Mr. Lundregan began his career as Associate Tax Counsel for United Shoe Machinery Corporation, Boston, Massachusetts and was then associated with the tax department of Arthur Young & Company, a Certified Public Accounting Firm in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Lundregan was appointed First Assistant Clerk of the First District of Essex in 1969 and served in that position until 1975. Mr. Lundregan has served as special counsel to the Essex County Commissioners from 1975 to 1977 for the construction of the First District Court of Essex and has served as General Counsel to the Essex County Treasurer from 1978 to 2000 as General Counsel to the Dukes County Treasurer from 1989 to 1996 and is presently General Counsel to the Essex Regional Retirement Board, the Salem Contributory Retirement Board, and the Salem Housing Authority.

Mr. Lundregan was also General Counsel to the Roger Conant Cooperative Bank from 1980 to 1983 and was General Counsel to the Greater Salem Employees Federal Credit Union from 1989 to 2005. Mr. Lundregan is a Corporator, Trustee, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Salem Five Cents Savings Bank. Mr. Lundregan is a former President and current Trustee of the Salem Athenaeum, Salem, Massachusetts, former Trustee of the Glen Urquhart School, Beverly Farms, Beverly, Massachusetts, former Director and President of the Salem Rotary Club, and former Trustee of North Shore Catholic Charities, Peabody, Massachusetts.
