Attorney Jason E. DeVore

Jason E. DeVore's experience as an attorney began after receiving his Juris Doctor degree from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law in 1997. Prior to pursuing the practice of law, he held positions as underwriter, managed claims and oversaw internal audit for the claims department for an insurance carrier that issued policies in 38 states. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Central College in Pella, Iowa. Jason was awarded merit-based scholarships and earned 100% of his funding for undergraduate and law school expenses. Jason is the preferred coverage counsel for A+ Rated insurers.

He is the originating attorney, primary client contact and lead counsel for insurance coverage and other complex matters. He represents insurers, corporate clients, and individuals in complex claims and litigation. Jason has managed all aspects of complex, high-exposure matters, including insurance coverage, contract interpretation, commercial litigation, risk management, catastrophic losses, truckers, water intrusion, fire and arson, toxic torts, environmental contamination, large-scale subrogation, and class action. Jason advises municipalities and state actors related to numerous issues, including claims involving Section 1983 of the U.S. Constitution and related matters.

His practice embraces tenders of defense, triggers of coverage, allocation, intellectual property, advertising injury, pastoral abuse, trade secrets, professional liability, commercial and personal lines, umbrella and excess coverage, construction defects and accidents, trucking and auto liability, liquidation and dissolution of insurance carriers, insurance producer professional liability, compliance, and insurance pooling agreements.

Troy S. Radunsky, earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School, J.D., 1999 after graduating from Arizona State University in 1994, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Mr. Radunsky has been practicing law for 19 years. He is a successful partner who specializes in construction litigation, municipal/1983 claims, premises liability, retail, wrongful death, trucking claims, catastrophic injury, general tort liability, fire claims, large loss property damage claims, products liability, automobile negligence, transactional/commercial work and insurance coverage issues.

Mr. Radunsky has been repeatedly recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyer from 2013-2019 in the field of Construction Litigation. That honor is given to the top 5% of attorneys in Illinois as voted on by their peers.
