Attorney Robby Hughes
Robby has achieved remarkable success for his clients due to his ability to get to the root of the problem and convince judges, jurors and opposing parties and counsel of the righteousness of his clients’ position. Whenever the clients’ position is untenable, Robby will advise his clients of the obstacles they face in achieving the goals they set out. Robby works tirelessly for his clients and is always the most prepared lawyer in the courtroom. Because of his preparation, the predicted outcome is more likely to occur than not.
Robby has represented clients in hundreds of probate and civil court matters. He has taken more than 20 cases to the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. Many of these cases have created new law that have benefited Robby’s clients. Robby’s cases have established new law in the areas of probate, wills and business torts such as misappropriation of trade secrets.
Attorney Mark Stuckey
Mark is a lifelong resident of Gwinnett County, a graduate of Parkview High School, and an Eagle Scout from Boy Scout Troop 549 in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia, graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science. He went on to Georgia State University College of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2015. While in law school, Mark focused his education on getting practical experience and learning Georgia probate and business law. Mark proudly served low-income Georgians as a Fellow at the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic by working with the IRS and advocating on behalf of his clients. He honed his legal reasoning and writing while working for the Honorable Chief Judge Gail Tusan at the Fulton County Superior Court both during law school and while awaiting his Bar Exam results. In law school, Mark received several awards for academic excellence in the subjects of Security Interests & Liens, and Georgia Practice & Procedure.
Mark joined the firm in 2015 after passing the Georgia Bar. He has a passion and personal interest in helping our clients navigate and make sense of the law, as well as avoid the pitfalls of Estate Planning and Probating Estates. He has seen first-hand how proper planning, or lack thereof, can affect family relationships, and works with our clients to help them assure their wishes are known and will be carried out. Mark also puts his knowledge of the Courts and Georgia law to use in our firm’s thriving probate practice where he assists our clients in probating estates and litigating estate disputes.
Attorney Enrique Morales
Enrique Morales attended Georgia State University and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Sciences. Enrique attended Georgia State University College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2017.
Prior to attending law school, Enrique worked at his family’s restaurant where he first began building and maintaining client relationships. While in law school, Enrique focused in probate law and served low-income families in the Health Law Partnership Legal Services Clinic assisting children with disabilities to secure benefits through the Social Security Administration. During the summer of his second year of law school, Enrique worked as an intern for the Honorable Judge Christopher A. Ballar at the Gwinnett County Probate Court. Prior to graduation, he interned for the Honorable Judge Jeryl Rosh at the DeKalb County Probate Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Enrique clerked for the Honorable Judge Bedelia C Hargrove at the DeKalb County Probate Court. Enrique has an intimate background in probate, guardianships, and conservatorships. Enrique has a passion for assisting families and their loved ones navigate the legal, financial, and administrative aspects of probate. Enrique is fluent in Spanish.
