Amy is a compassionate attorney and dedicated volunteer in the Atlanta area. With over 25 years of experience in family law, Amy focuses on Divorce, Child Custody and Support, Paternity, Legitimization Cases and more.
A Certified Collaborative Law Attorney, Amy provides her clients with premarital planning advice and prepares Prenuptial Agreements, Domestic Partnership Agreements and dissolutions. She also serves as a Guardian ad Litem to protect the interests of children involved in contested custody matters.
Amy is knowledgeable in family law topics and often lectures at events sponsored by churches, civic and business organizations. She also volunteers her time on behalf of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, assisting low-income litigants in domestic relations matters. Amy has been admitted to Bar Associations in Georgia (1995) and Tennessee (1995), as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (1997), U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit (1997), Georgia Court of Appeals (2005) and Georgia Supreme Court (2005).
