Attorney Uriel N. Delgado

Founder and Managing Attorney, Uriel attended Georgia State University where he earned a B.A. in Philosophy with a concentration in legal studies. Uriel also attended Emory Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2015.

Prior to founding our firm, Uriel worked at other firms focusing on removal defense and family-based petitions. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2015, with admission to the Georgia Supreme Court, all lower Georgia courts, the US District Court, Northern District of Georgia as well as other State and Superior Courts of Georgia. He has represented clients in immigration courts throughout the US and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association.
