Amanda M. Wolf devotes her practice exclusively to estate planning, elder law, and related issues. Her practice includes the preparation of wills and trusts, probate, and incapacity planning, including powers of attorney, advance directives for health care such as living wills and health care surrogate designations. A large part of her practice also involves assisting individuals in qualifying for public assistance to pay for long term care including Medicaid and Veterans Benefits.

Amanda frequently speaks to audiences throughout the state on elder law issues, is on the Board of Directors for the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, is a co-chair of the Medicaid and Government Benefits section of the Florida Bar, and is a Member of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section and the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Sun City Center Chamber of Commerce. In 2009 she received the Tampa Bay Young Legal Professional of the Year award and in the fall of 2012 Wolf Elder Law, P.A. won Silver in the Best of South Tampa Law firm division and Bronze in the Best of South Shore Law firm division.
