Attorney Jordan R. Ramsey

Jordan R. Ramsey is an Associate with the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer, P.A. Mr. Ramsey is a member of the Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association. His practice focuses in the areas of mortgage law, landlord/tenant law, civil litigation, and real property closings. Since joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Ramsey has regularly represented clients in state court matters in Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and Broward Counties.

Born and raised in East Tennessee, Mr. Ramsey earned his undergraduate degree from East Tennessee State University in 2007 and opted to pursue his legal education at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2011. Prior to his admission to the Florida Bar in September 2011, Mr. Ramsey worked as a legal clerk for the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer, P.A.


Attorney Andrew H. Dinnerstein

Andrew H. Dinnerstein is a senior associate of the Law Firm. He is a Real Estate Lawyer and is a member of the Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association Real Property Section, New Jersey Bar, New York Bar and Georgia Bar. Mr. Dinnerstein is a Member Agent of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services (Old Republic), and has closed thousands of real estate transactions throughout the State of Florida, New York and New Jersey.

After graduating from law school and being admitted to the New Jersey and New York bars, Mr. Dinnerstein began practicing as a real estate attorney specializing in lender-based representation in both New York and New Jersey.

He then moved to Florida in 2007 where he worked extensively in the areas of Debtor/Creditor Law and fine-tuned his knowledge of Florida real estate law. In 2008, he opened Manno & Dinnerstein, P.A. in Sunrise, Florida where he continued his practice of real estate law and debtor/creditor law. In 2012, Mr. Dinnerstein became the managing shareholder of Dinnerstein Law, P.A., where he has continued serving the needs of his clients. In 2013, he joined the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer, P.A. as an “Of Counsel” attorney to the Firm where he currently works to serve clients in their transactional and litigation real estate needs. He is admitted to practice law in all State Courts in Florida, the Southern District Federal Court and Bankruptcy Court as well. Additionally, he is admitted to practice law in all State Courts in the State of Georgia and New York, and all State and Federal Courts in the State of New Jersey.


Attorney Christopher J. Hoertz

Christopher J. Hoertz is an Associate at the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer, P.A. and a native of Sarasota, Florida, Mr. Hoertz graduated from The Florida State University College of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hoertz served as President and Co-Founder of the Nova Chapter of the Broward County Bar Association, and was an active member in the Association of Business Law Students and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Mr. Hoertz’s law school dissertation, “A Comparative Analysis of United States and European Union Airline Overbooking Policies”, was selected for publication in the December 2012 and March 2013 issues of Great Britain’s Travel Law Quarterly.

Mr. Hoertz’s practice focuses on the areas of business law and entity formation, contract law, international trusts, probate, wills and estate planning. Mr. Hoertz is a member of the Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association.
