Dealing with Life Transitions
My practice consists of helping individuals and families in their family law and probate law matters.
I represent spouses and children in dissolution of marriage and post-judgment litigation matters. I am trained as a Mediator, Guardian ad litem and Attorney for Minor Child. I negotiate and prepare Prenuptial and Marital Agreements. In addition, I serve as a Special Master in the Superior Court and privately to help settle cases.
I frequently serve as a fiduciary, such as Executrix of a Will and Trustee of a trust. I also represent Executors of an estate during the probate process. I have been appointed Administratrix for intestate estates and Conservatrix and Guardian ad litem of disabled, minors and other persons by the probate courts.
I have the experience, ethics, and judgment to protect your rights and achieve the right result. My strengths include creative solutions to complex problems, negotiation skills, and vigorous litigation as necessary. In addition, I regularly deal with international clients and colleagues.
