Michael Kuhn - Rising Star Sophisticated clients from across the country — both individuals and business entities — seek out Michael’s legal abilities. In the words of one prominent attorney in Denver, “Michael Kuhn is the best civil tactician I know. A chill would run down my spine if I saw him on the other side of a case.” Whether in meetings, in trial, in arbitration, or on appeal, Michael’s no-nonsense approach typically obtains excellent results for his clients. As another employment attorney describes, “If you’re looking for a hug, Michael isn’t your guy. If, however, you want to win, he’s your best choice.” Michael’s candor and integrity have caused him to be a trusted advisor and advocate.
From small disputes to bet-the-company litigation, and from jurisdictional arguments to constitutional challenges, Michael’s experience is as broad as it is successful. His work has resulted in numerous favorable outcomes as well as published opinions in state and federal courts.
Trained initially as an economist, Michael is an Order of St. Ives graduate of the University of Denver College of Law where he earned the highest grade in Civil Procedure, Advanced Civil Procedure, Employment Discrimination Law, Real Estate, Criminal Procedure, and Agency, Partnership, and the LLC.
