Montebello Personal Injury Law Firm
The Hayes Law Firm, APC specializes in handling personal injury cases. We believe that victims who were injured because of another party’s negligence should be able to get justice in the civil courts, and we want to help. Personal injury victims may be qualified to receive cash compensation in the form of damages. Damages are calculated by the courts based on factors such as medical care costs, daily living expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. Our firm is dedicated to helping injury victims recover the damages they deserve so that they and their families do not have to suffer financial strain on top of the pain of being injured.
Our attorneys serve the Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire areas—including the cities of Fontana, San Bernardino, and Riverside—from our main office’s location in Montebello. Our legal skills and experience have us prepared to take any case as far up the legal ladder as it needs to go in order to get results for our clients. If negotiating a settlement will lead to making you whole more effectively and efficiently, we are open to pursuing that option. However, we are also prepared to go to trial to pursue the recovery of monetary damages in court. Whatever it takes to get justice for our clients, we will do it.
