Attorney  Ben Catterlin

Graduating as a Student Athlete from Northeastern State in 2008 and from the University of Arkansas School of Law in December of 2014, Ben passed the Arkansas BAR exam and went to work for the Washington County Public Defender's Office. During his time there, he handled thousands of cases and gained immense trial experience.

He was then selected by one of the largest criminal firms in Northwest Arkansas due to his ability to take cases to trial, negotiate the best deals possible and keep his clients out of jail. While at this firm, he increased his knowledge of DWI defense, Traffic Violations and Trial skills. After a year, Ben decided to open his own firm, founded on his criminal experience- he now offers a personal defense experience and other services to help as many people as possible.


Attorney Makenzie Arnold

Born and raised on the Buffalo River, Makenzie moved from Searcy County, Arkansas, to Fayetteville where she graduated from the University of Arkansas with her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and Sociology; then moved on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She Passed the Arkansas Bar and was immediately employed as a staff attorney with Legal Aid of Arkansas in Harrison with a focus on Family law. While in Harrison, she served the legal needs of seven counties for two years; and in February of 2017, she was transferred to the Springdale Legal Aid office where she served Washington, Madison and Benton counties. Makenzie has handled thousands of cases and has gained significant experience during her time at Legal Aid as well as developed strong relationships with judges and attorneys throughout Arkansas/ She also gained experience with defending debtors from debt collection as well as persons involved in social security disability appeals.

After her three year employment with Legal Aid, Makenzie has joined Ben in his pursuit of zealous representation. Makenzie believes that a client's success depends on her commitment as an attorney to solving a clients problems and she strives to obtain the best outcome possible for her client.


Attorney Rebecca Bryson

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Rebecca moved to Northwest Arkansas when she was 11. Rebecca graduated from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville with three Bachelor's - Sociology, Criminal Justice, and Political Science. Rebecca then graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law - Fayetteville with her Juris Doctorate (cum laude) in 2014, passed the Arkansas Bar exam and was employed with Taylor King Law practicing personal injury. After 7 years with Taylor King Law, Rebecca joined Catterlin & Arnold and focuses on personal injury. Rebecca has successfully handled thousands of personal injury cases and also has experience with social security disability appeals.

Rebecca is extremely passionate about representing clients and doing everything in her power to obtain the justice deserved.


Attorney Melanie Clatanoff

Originally from the D.C. area, Melanie earned her BA from Tufts University in Boston, and her JD from the University of Minnesota School of Law in Minneapolis. She earned admission to the New York bar in 2011 and worked for the Social Security Administration's Appeals Council, and in private practice, across the U.S. She relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 2013 with her husband, and practiced administrative law and appellate procedure as a contract attorney. Here in Northwest Arkansas, she was the Department Chair for Criminal Justice at Bryan University, and she worked for over four years as Trial Court Assistant to Benton County Circuit Judge John R. Scott. Melanie became a member of the Arkansas Bar in 2020, and joined Catterlin & Arnold to continue her zealous representation of clients, now in the fields of family law, bankruptcy, debtor relief, landlord/tenant law, general civil litigation, and more.


Attorney Morgan Woelke

Originally from Lewisville, Texas, Morgan relocated to Fayetteville in 2014 to attend the University of Arkansas. In 2017, she earned her B.A. in International Relations and Latin American Studies. Following her undergraduate studies, Morgan pursued her Juris Doctorate at the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Upon passing the Arkansas Bar, she joined Catholic Charities West Virginia as a staff immigration attorney. While at Catholic Charities, she dedicated her efforts to achieving positive immigration outcomes for families and religious workers, navigating a diverse array of immigration issues including removal defense, employment visas, and family-based cases.

In 2021, Morgan returned to Northwest Arkansas and practiced immigration, civil defense, and family law at CJD Law Firm. In 2023, Morgan joined Catterlin and Arnold where she continues to provide zealous advocacy for her clients in the fields of family law, immigration, and more.

When she’s not working, Morgan enjoys traveling, listening to true crime podcasts, and floating the Arkansas waterways.
