For more than 45 years, I have specialized in debtor/creditor and real estate law. I am well known and respected in the state courts and the federal bankruptcy courts, and have long-standing relationships with both bankruptcy trustees and the Office of the US Trustee. These relationships, built on my expertise and integrity, have been invaluable in more complex and difficult client matters.
I am a graduate of Lehigh University and Seton Hall University School of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in 1968. Over the years, I have practiced in both the municipal and state court and have served as an adjunct municipal prosecutor. However, my true love for the law is in the representation of debtors in personal bankrputcy matters.
