Attorney Richard G. Whitworth obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1983 and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Southern University Law Center in 1988. While in law school, Richard served as Vice-Justice for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International and received the Meritorious Service Award.
In 1988, Richard began practicing law in the Baton Rouge area, limiting his practice to the service of personal injury clients. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in the State of Louisiana. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and Louisiana Association for Justice.
Attorney Lohr E. Miller was born in New Orleans and raised in the Baton Rouge area. He studied History and International Relations at Yale University and holds a PhD in History from Louisiana State University. Before attending law school at LSU, he taught History at several colleges, including Auburn-Montgomery, LSU, and Baton Rouge Community College.
