Resolving cases through negotiation or litigation can be inconvenient and exhausting, but your lawyer should not be. Under Vescio Law Firm’s approach, the focus is at all times on the client: the attorney’s role is to act as the client’s voice. Ongoing, consistent and open communication between the client and the attorney is essential to allow us to accurately and effectively express your needs, your facts, and your goals to the other party and to the Court.
When you hire Vescio Law Firm, you enter your litigation with not only an advocate but also a colleague. We will ensure that you understand and are part of the process, that you are made aware of the relative risks and benefits of taking an action or position, and that you feel comfortable and confident making informed decisions about your case. Let us bring our experience and service to you.
At Vescio Law Firm, our attorneys listen to your needs and goals, openly talk to you about how to meet them, and work around your schedule. We can be available to meet with you on weekends and/or after “traditional” business hours at no additional charge.
