$ 750,000.00 - Plaintiff injured when motorcycle struck commercial vehicle. The victim suffered a fractured tibia and fibula (bones between knee and ankle) which required surgery.
$ 550,000.00 - (damages cap) Plaintiff was injured and underwent lumbar surgery as a result of a rear-end collision caused by a municipal employee.
$175,000.00 - Plaintiff had pre-existing surgical fusion of four vertebrae was involved in a motor vehicle collision. No damage to previous fusion was demonstrated, but victim experienced an exacerbation of pain for a period of eight months.
$ 75,000.00 - Plaintiff suffered hairline fracture in ankle upon falling down a defective staircase at a commercial establishment.
$1,900,000.00 - Wrongful death and survival action for death of a client who was shot outside of a nightclub.
