Mr. Diamond is an awesome attorney. He is honest, fair, and attentive. He handledid my case with professionalism and went above the call of duty to assist me even after my case was over.

The decision to file bankruptcy is a very difficult and personal one. My husband and I hit upon hard times. Our oldest daughter has special needs and had unexpected health challenges that we were not financially prepared for. Coupled with loss of income and not so good financial choices, we came to the decision to file after struggling 3 or 4 years.

When we came to Seth Diamond we had already retained one lawyer. We were seeking new counsel because we were concerned about the advice we were getting and felt pressured to make a decision that we weren't ready for.

Mr. Diamond was the right combination of expertise, professionalism and interpersonal skills. He explained complex legal information in plain English and made himself available to answer any questions we had, and boy did we have many.

He laid out possible bankruptcy options for us and listed the benefits and impact of each, giving us time to come to a decision, and he devisied a strategy, that was ultimately best for us

Never once during the process did he make us feel like it was our fault for our situation, but he did let us know we had to take responsibility for improving our financial picture.

Mr. Diamond' fees were reasonable and his responsiveness was awesome. He was very attentive.

Thanks to him we're on our way to financial recovery.

We walked into Mr. Diamond's office not knowing what to expect. We were nervous and confused as to how the process would go, but after being with him for a few minutes we became very comfortable. He was very professional and reassuring and explained everything in full detail that we had concerns about. Never missed returning a phone call or an Email. I highly recommend him to anyone needing legal services.

Seth was wonderful!!! He was always there if I had any questions, very straight forward and honest. He made me feel very comfortable and confident during the process. Highly recommended!!!!!

By the time I came to Seth's office, I was a legal and emotion wreck. Seth clearly laid out my options, went to work for me promptly, and, most importantly, delivered results. This guy knows his stuff, is respected in the legal community and treats his clients fairly. I highly recommend him.

I found him on AVVO, Within our first meeting he laid down the plan and we went with him. He helped me and my family through EVERYTHING. I couldn't have done this without him.
Please don't look any further. Seth knows his stuff and most of all delivers. Most of all in times of need when you can't think right... he puts your concerns to ease, answers all your questions, maps out a strategy and then delivers.

I have gone back to him post delivery and he has become more like a family.

A man with a GOLDEN heart.

Thank You Seth Diamond.

I want to say thanks to AVVO first. I found him here and never expected myself to come back here to leave a review on him.

My wife filed a bankrupt and got thru all the necessary steps with him without any issue.

In the beginning everything seemed uneasy. Because we were broken not only in financially but also in emotionally. Seth was straight forward and made everything easy to follow.

Even at the 341 meeting he was a strong defender that helped the trustee understand better our situation.
Going thru all this was a big lesson to our family.

Now I am enjoying a debt free life that I never expected a year ago.

I have nothing to say but thank you Seth, my attorney.

I made an appointment to see Seth Diamond because my ex-husband is declaring bankruptcy and we still co-own property. Seth was professional, but more importantly he was candid about the likely impact this will have to me and my children. He gave me solid advice, and provided me with the information I needed to minimize the damage to my credit and my financial health. I really got the feeling that he cared about my situation and the predicament I find myself in.

Did I mention that he didn't charge me a penny? I made it clear that my appointment was not a typical 1st appointment consultation, because I was not in financial trouble and I was merely seeking advise of an attorney who is well versed in bankruptcy laws and proceedings. I offered to pay for his time, but he refused, stating that he has a free initial consultation, and that he would honor that commitment regardless of my reason for scheduling it. That, in my book, is really top notch.

The advice, demeanor, candor, and honesty of this attorney was very impressive to me. Seth is an attorney that will guide you in the right direction for YOUR best interests, not his own. How many attorneys have you known that you can honestly say that about?

When I need an attorney in the future, I'm calling Seth.
