Ronald M. Simon is the Founding and Senior Partner of the Simon Trial Firm. He has devoted over thirty years of his practice as a trial lawyer for injured victims. Mr. Simon received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1973. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Judicial District and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Judicial District.
He has received peer recognition as a founding member of the Civil Justice Foundation. He received an award from the Association of Trial Lawyers of America for "displaying an extra dedication to the civil justice system". As a result of his years of participation as a trial lawyer, he was given the status of ACLA Stalwart. He was also recognized as an advocate by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America National College of Advocacy and received the Pro Bono Service Award in recognition of his support to the "Put Something Back" project.
