In immigration matters the accused is often fighting an uphill battle. The outcome can never be guaranteed and all the pressure and stress is on the person who stands to lose the most. For that reason I hold nothing back. Each client is my most important client. Every client has my cell phone number and can call me at anytime with questions. I have several offices and try to accommodate clients by meeting as close to their homes or businesses as possible, and on days and at times where they will not have to miss work.
I have the legal knowledge, courtroom presence and relentless work ethic to provide every individual the representation needed. My experience helps me make the the client's legal system battles as painless and as successful as possible.

After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, I became an Assistant Prosecutor in Somerset County, NJ. I handled criminal and juvenile prosecutions of all natures from the investigation stages through trial. I argued numerous cases in the Appellate Division and submitted briefs to the New Jersey Supreme Court.
While a law student I had several eye-opening experiences that helped me gain my appreciation for the law and our justice system. I was a judicial intern to the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden of the Federal District Court in Newark, NJ and I was a legal intern at the Ministry of Justice of the State of Israel. These places showed me people, cases and laws of various philosophies and different backgrounds.
I gained my bachelors degree in History and Journalism & Mass Media from Rutgers University, where I graduated the University with Honors and from my majors with Highest Honors. I rowed varsity crew all four years.
"Hiring a lawyer is never easy...you have to do your research...and once you hire him/her, you hope that s/he has your (and the law's) best interest at heart throughout the entire process. Eric represents this type of lawyer and much more. It's not about how many cases s/he wins or about how persuasive s/he can be in the courtroom...for me it was his moral and ethical approach in handling my case, and knowing that this case was as important to him as it was to me. He was persistant, knowledeable, brutally honest, consistent and made himself available at all times. That last aspect alone not only put me at ease, but it also let me know that he was here for me no matter what. So would I recommend him? No doubt about it."
"I did feel very secure handling my immigration case to Eric, any doubts that I had and he was able to clear it... He has lot knowledge and is very professional. I have a my case approved and I have no second thoughts in recommending him to anybody that needs help in their case."
"I was very pleased with Eric Mark's performance and ability to handle my case with full professionalism. He managed to lessen my charge to a traffic DUI offense, which saved me $2000 in fines!"
"I have worked with several lawyers during my 19-year US immigration ordeal, and Eric Mark is the one who got the job done. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the law, Eric is very energetic and enthusiastic. He is not afraid to explore new paths, to go into uncharted territory, and to push the law to its limits in order to best represent his clients. Eric is innovative and thinks out of the box. I highly recommend Eric Mark."
"I contacted Eric regarding filing for my adjustment of status, and the whole process was easy and very quick. My husband and I gave him all the documents he required and sure enough the process was successful."
"Eric is a Godsend! First of all he was kind and I knew right away that he was genuinlly interested in our case. We had a difficult immigration situatution, but he believed we had a good chance and let us know. Above all, Eric was there for us through the whole process. He was never too busy to return a call or email. Eric Marc is intellegent, consientious, and professional through and through, We plan to use him again in the future."
