Attorney Mark E. He was appointed by the Maricopa County (Phoenix) Superior Court as a receiver (2005) to take over the affairs of a law firm embroiled in a dispute amongst its partners and as a special master (2006) in a limited liability company dissolution matter. He was the principal trial lawyer in commercial real estate fraud case resulting in seven figure jury verdict that was one of the Top 10 Arizona Civil Jury Trial Verdicts in 2017, as reported in ARIZONA ATTORNEY magazine (#10).

Mr. Lassiter is also a professional arbitrator and mediator with the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) for 27 years (serving on the AAA’s Commercial, Construction, Large and Complex Case, Emergency Relief and Consumer panels) and with the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (“ICDR”). Mr. Lassiter is also a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators (the “CCA”), a Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (the “NADN”).
