Attorney Noam Glick

Noam Glick is an alumnus of Paul Hastings, Ogletree Deakins, and Paul, Plevin, Sullivan and Connaughton – three of the most respected law firms in the United States. Mr. Glick graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School, where he finished in the top 10 percent of his class and served as editor of the Loyola Law Review.  After law school, Mr. Glick held a prestigious federal clerkship with the Honorable Gary Klausner, U.S. District Court, Central District of California.

Mr. Glick has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour matters. Mr. Glick also provided day-to-day advice to employer clients on issues including wage and hour matters, leaves of absence, and accommodation of disabilities. He has advised clients about federal and state employment laws that affect the employment relationship, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and other state and federal statutes. Mr. Glick has drafted employee handbooks and personnel policies, as well as settlement agreements for clients. He has appeared before the California DLSE, and in numerous matters before state and federal courts throughout California. Mr. Glick is a member of the California State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Employment Law section of the San Diego Bar Association.
