Friedman Disability’s practice consists solely of helping veterans qualify for disability benefits provided by the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), as well as the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) on a case-by-case basis.
Robert Friedman, founder and owner of Friedman Disability, handles each and every one of our veterans disability claims personally. Since 1990, Robert has helped more than 1000 veterans with PTSD obtain more than $50 Million in veterans disability compensation from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Robert has significant experience helping veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), military sexual trauma (MST), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Agent Orange exposure, severe back injuries, Gulf War Syndrome, Migraine Headaches, Heart Disease, and the full range of psychiatric impairments.
Because our practice focuses on representing veterans who are no longer able to work due to a service-connected impairment, Mr. Friedman has gained extensive experience helping veterans obtain TDIU benefits, which pay equal to the 100% service-connected rate.
