Mark Atlee is a trusted trial attorney with over ten years of experience at Atlee Hall representing clients in all phases of litigation—including cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, automotive products liability, and insurance coverage. Mark joined Atlee Hall in 2007 after spending six years at a prestigious insurance defense firm in New York City. He also won the largest medical malpractice jury verdict ever obtained in York County, $6.5 million against York Hospital. Jaime Jackson is a dedicated trial attorney with a focus on consumer safety. Since joining the firm as an associate in 1999, Robin Jabour has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of cases including alcohol liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and trucking collisions. Recently, Robin has been focused on nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) infection cases, including speaking to a national audience about the infections. Outside of practicing law, Robin donates her professional services to the Wills for Heroes Foundation and serves as a legislative advocate for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Jeff Gutkowski is an associate attorney devoted to helping clients injured as a result of medical malpractice, dental malpractice, product liability, premises liability and insurance bad faith. Jeff is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and by the United States District Court for New Jersey. Jeff graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law where he received the coveted Terrence H. Klasky Memorial Award for outstanding achievement in banking, negotiable instruments and, consumer protection. Prior to joining Atlee Hall, LLP, Jeff practiced with a well-known Montgomery County law firm helping children injured at birth due to medical malpractice. During law school, Jeff clerked for a prominent Philadelphia medical malpractice firm.
Melissa Jabour is an associate attorney who joined the Atlee Hall team in 2014. Her dedication to her work often leads to late nights and weekends spent at the office. When she isn’t spending her time advocating for her clients, she is a dedicated community member that volunteers her time with programs such as The Boys and Girls Club and the Lancaster Women in Business Mentoring Program for young women. During law school, Melissa served on the Editorial Board of Temple Law Review, clerked for Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Arnold New, served as a Mediator in Landlord-Tenant court, and performed pro bono bankruptcy work. Melissa graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania before receiving her JD magna cum laude from Temple University James E. Beasley Law School.
Angelina Comunale Umstead is an associate attorney with a focus on matters involving medical malpractice and products liability. Since joining Atlee Hall in 2011, Angelina has been a strong team member in pursuing justice for her clients. Prior to joining Atlee Hall, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable M. Jane Brady at the Superior Court of Delaware of New Castle County. During law school, Angelina worked at a medical malpractice defense firm near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Angelina received her Bachelor of the Arts magna cum laude from University of Pittsburgh and her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University.
Benjamin Vanasse is an associate attorney dedicated to pursuing justice in matters of medical malpractice, products liability, and trucking. A Lancaster native, Ben returned to the area after receiving his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University. Ben most recently served as a law clerk in the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas for President Judge Dennis E. Reinaker. During his time in law school, Ben was a student attorney for the Tulane Domestic Violence Law Clinic. Ben has a passion for music and when he is not in the office, he is most likely near a piano.
