Bing has just teamed up with Yelp to power their search results for businesses to incorporate their reviews. Much like Google announced their new review system with Zagat, Yelp reviews now show up automatically within Bing’s search results. If your firm has a Yelp profile or has been rated, it is most likely going to show up in Bing results with those ratings attached. Many businesses and restaurants alike are already showing their profiles with corresponding reviews, and much like Google+ Local it is likely these reviews will surface for law firms as well.
Online search is quickly becoming “search and tell” because not only do people want to know where something is, they want to know how it is. Google and now Bing are both driving this movement and it’s having quite an impact. Now when potential clients search for an attorney or a firm they will find your listing on their local search coupled with the Yelp reviews that have been and will continue to be written for your firm.

It is important, as with all of your online presence, to monitor your reputation and keep track of the reviews that are being posted. Not only can you keep up with your clients’ feedback but you can observe what is and is not being said about your firm and your performance. Online reviews can be a great form of free advertising so be sure that advertising is working in your favor!
