Attorney Thomas W. Bingham was born in Seattle, Washington, on November 14, 1949. He attended Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, graduating cum laude with his B.A. degree in 1972. Mr. Bingham pursued his legal education at the University of Washington School of Law, where he was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 1977. Later in 1977, after successfully completing the State Bar Examination, Mr. Bingham was admitted to the Washington State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. A member of the Firm's aviation department, Mr. Bingham has represented clients in personal injury and wrongful death litigation arising from aviation accidents occurring in various jurisdictions throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. He has been admitted to practice law and try aviation cases in various jurisdictions throughout the United States, and is a past president of the Aviation Section of the King County Bar Association.
Attorney Jeffrey C. Jones was born November 6, 1951, in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Jones graduated with his B.A. degree magna cum laude from Seattle University in 1974 and turned to legal studies, earning his Juris Doctor degree in 1977 at the University of Washington School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Washington later in 1977, and in 1978, was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Mr. Jones is a member and current Co-Chair of the Aviation Section of the King County Bar Association. He also holds membership in the East King County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Jones has a particular interest in representing persons suffering from brain injuries, and is a consultant for a local rehabilitation facility for brain-injured individuals. A frequent lecturer on matters of trial practice, Mr. Jones is a contributing author to the Washington State Bar Association Auto Accident Desk Book, and has frequently been asked to serve in the capacity of arbitrator and judge pro tempore.
