Mr. Bruckner has more than 41 years experience in the construction industry, including more 20 years in the Navy with the Seabees and as a contracting officer on numerous Naval installations. Mr. Bruckner also has extensive experience as a college professor and as a presenter to firms requiring legal ethics seminars or other training. Mr. Bruckner specializes in litigation, including bid protests, in the United States Court of Federal Claims against agencies of the United States. He also has an extensive practice of litigating against California public agencies, school districts and municipalities. CHARLES WALKER, Attorney Charles Walker holds a degree in Construction Engineering Technology, and has over 14 years of experience in construction and business litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Walker also has 16 years experience in the construction industry, much of which was gained during his years as a General Contractor working for Fortune 500 companies.
