In April, 2011, she co-wrote Utah Enacts Harsh Immigration Laws in CLINIC about Utah's State legislation regarding immigration. Ms. Cardenas Conn is an active member of the Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Advisory Committee and Chamber, and is an independent member of the Utah Latino Legislative Task Force. She is the host of a Saturday morning radio show on Juan 106.1 F.M. educating her listeners on U.S. immigration laws. Ms. Cardenas Conn earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1990, and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1986. Ms. Cardenas Conn has been an active member of the California State Bar in good standing since 1991.
