Bourke Law Ltd. is the culmination of years of legal experience. Craig Bourke received his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in English from UNLV in 1999 Graduating Suma Cum Laude with the highest GPA in the College of Urban Affairs. Also, awarded the distinction of Criminal Justice Student of the Year. In 2001, Craig graduated from the Boyd School of Law and immediately began work as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Allan R. Earl, District Court, Department 19, then to District Court Department 12 as Law Clerk to the Honorable James Brennan, and District Court Department F Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Gaston of the Family Court Division. It was there that Craig would meet his future wife and mother to their amazing son Alexander (Alex).
Immediately following Craig’s several Judicial Law Clerk positions, he began to hone his skills and develop his craft at Mills & Mills. There, Craig worked directly under the tutelage of Mr. Lamond Mills, Former U.S. attorney appointed by President Ronald Reagan, and a decorated Vietnam War veteran who practiced law for three decades in Las Vegas. Subsequently, Craig opened Bourke & Nold with his long-time friend and business partner Joseph T. Nold. Bourke & Nold was a very successful full service law firm with Craig and Mr. Nold as the principals, and an incredible support staff who to this day remain Craig’s closest friends and colleagues. Craig opened Bourke Law Ltd. in December of 2010 and continues to maintain high standards of ethical practice and devotion to the Client. Craig returns all of his phone calls within 24 hours or sooner, and strives to give the best legal advise and counseling possible.

Craig Bourke is a native of New York State. His practice focuses on Family Law including Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Adoptions, and Guardianships. He also practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Bad Faith Insurance, General Litigation, and Criminal Law.
Mr. Bourke holds a Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of law at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, graduating Summa Cum Laude. While earning his J.D., Mr. Bourke was chosen as a research assistant by two of his Law School Professors. He also worked as an extern for the Honorable Mark Denton.
Craig worked as a District Court law clerk for the Honorable Allan Earl. He also worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert Gaston in the District Court’s Family Division. Mr. Bourke is an experienced attorney with extensive experience in all aspects of litigation including trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
