Kirk C. Davis has been practicing law for almost 20 years. Located in the heart of Seattle’s financial district, Kirk founded his own law firm in 2007 after spending 15 years as a prosecutor for the City of Seattle and the County. Kirk was one of two city prosecutors assigned to handle high profile cases. He prosecuted professional athletes, surgeons and attorneys in cases garnering media attention.
As a county prosecutor, Kirk handled all types of cases from shoplifting to murder in the first degree. He successfully prosecuted one of the first “two strikes” cases in Washington State which resulted in a conviction for rape in the first degree. The case was also one of the first to involve the use of pcr dna analysis.

He is a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Washington Defender Association. Kirk occasionally lectures at the Seattle University School of Law on various topics.
