Chad B. Friedman received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Yeshiva University in 1998. Mr. Friedman attended and graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with a J.D. in 2001.
During law school, Mr. Friedman clerked for Judge Novalyn L. Winfield, sitting Bankruptcy Judge in the District of New Jersey, and Burton R. Lifland, sitting Bankruptcy Judge in the Southern District of New York.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Friedman accepted employment with Ravin Greenberg, eventually becoming the co-managing member of the firm. During his years with Ravin Greenberg, Mr. Friedman has represented debtors, official creditors committees, trustees and creditors in both large and small cases. He is an active member of the New York Institute of Credit, Future Leaders Division.
Over the years, Mr. Friedman has lectured on various bankruptcy issues before attorneys, accountants and bankers.
Mr. Friedman is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. His area of specialty is primarily concentrated in corporate reorganization.
