Attorney Ben Nadig
Ben received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), consistently one of the top universities in the nation. After college, Ben graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, one of the top tier law schools in the nation according to US News and World Report. Ben has consistently proven to work hard to get where he is, and he will work harder for you.
Ben started his career in securities litigation, working for a law firm who specialized in suing companies who defrauded their shareholders. He was part of the litigation team on a lawsuit involving an energy trading company that manipulated their stock price to the benefit of insiders and to the detriment of its shareholders. That matter, with Ben’s assistance, settled for $600 million dollars. Tiring of the politics of large firm life, and the impersonal nature of servicing client needs, Ben moved to Las Vegas for a change of pace.
Upon moving to Las Vegas, Ben became interested in criminal law and became a prosecutor for the City of Las Vegas. As a prosecutor for Las Vegas Ben took over 100 cases to trial. With the downturn in the economy and the burgeoning needs of his growing family, Ben decided to go out on his own in 2010 and opened up a solo criminal and personal injury practice.
In the first two years in private practice Ben generated well over a million dollars in personal injury cases. Ben generated that money with less than ten total clients and without advertising personal injury matters at all. Ben has proven to be victorious not only inside the courtroom, but throughout the negotiation process, arbitration and mediation hearings. Some notable settlements Ben has obtained recently include:
- $600,000 for the victim of an overturned semi-truck
- $150,000 for the victim of motor vehicle accident
- $100,000 for the passenger of motorcycle accident
