I was an assistant district attorney for fifteen years with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. I was assigned to the elite Homicide Unit. Only the most experienced and successful attorneys in the Office are permitted to handle cases of such importance. 

I left the DA’s Office in 2004, and have been practicing exclusively criminal defense ever since. I have enjoyed the same rate of success as a defense attorney as I did as a prosecutor. It is my experience as a prosecutor that gives me a distinct edge over other attorneys. I know firsthand how police officers and detectives will investigate their cases and how a prosecutor will prepare those cases for trial.
