In this age of taxpayer rights, there is hope for almost every IRS-related matter. The key is to realize the problem early - formulate a logical plan - and take action. Catch it late, and the results are almost always more costly. Knowing what to do - and how to help - takes experience: real-world, plain English, working every day with IRS line agents, kind of experience. That is what the firm offers.
Mr. Nath has been on “the other side,” with over 8 years experience with the Tax Division, US Department of Justice. More recently, he served for 3 years on the Internal Revenue Service Advisory Council, a Congressionally mandated board that directly and personally advises the IRS Commissioner. He knows the IRS inside out.
Mr. Nath has helped hundreds of individuals and businesses control, manage and resolve their tax issues. His clients range from “mom and pop” stores to multi-million dollar corporations, individuals without major assets to millionaires. Every new client receives prompt, same-day attention. Phone calls are returned usually the same day. The initial consultation normally results in an action plan which is implemented as soon as the law and IRS procedures permit.
