FAQ's

Who can petition me to become a Permanent Resident?

Normally, the only relationships that qualify for family petitions are children, parents and spouses. A U.S. citizen brother or sister can also file a petition. Unfortunately, family relationships like aunts, cousins and grandparents, do not qualify.

If my husband gets detained by an immigration official, does he qualify for a bond?

Most people detained, assuming that they have not been convicted of certain crimes, do qualify for a bond. Before taking a case, we make sure we let you know if your loved one qualifies for a bond.

What should I do if my relative gets detained and I can't go to one of your offices?

At our office we always have someone ready to answer your call for this type of situation. Most cases can be opened over the phone if you can't come to our office in person.

I've been petitioned by one of my relatives, what do I do now?

In order to get an accurate opinion about your case call our office so we can give you a free consultation. You will meet with an attorney from our firm that will give you an honest opinion about your case.
