Mr. Carter has litigated million dollar civil cases in the areas of real estate disputes, breach of contract, personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. His area of expertise is in criminal defense litigation including DUI, traffic, juvenile law, and all classes of felonies. He has conducted jury and bench trials in a majority of the above referenced areas of law at the circuit court level in ten counties in Central Illinois. Mr. Carter has experience arguing in front of the Fourth District Appellate Court and Federal Court.
