Providing Zealous and Compassionate Criminal Defense
David M. Jellinek has been a practicing criminal defense lawyer for 15 years. He focuses exclusively on defending criminal cases in Massachusetts State and federal courts, at trial and on appeal. He fights for his clients, always working to achieve the best resolution. Sometimes this requires extensive pre-trial discovery and exploration, and sometimes it means moving quickly to trial.
Prior to starting his own office, he worked for the Committee for Public Counsel Services as a trial counsel handling felony matters in the Superior Court, and with the City of Boston as an Assistant Corporation Counsel assigned to the Boston Police Department. He also worked protecting voting rights in Columbus, Ohio for the Obama campaign during the 2008 election. He grew up in the Boston area, and attended Haverford College and Boston College Law School.
