Our hourly rate is $175.00. For most domestic relations actions we typically require a deposit of $1,000.00. For Protection Ordercases we typically require a deposit of $500.00. We provide fully itemized billing statements on a thirty day basis. If the case is completed without fully using the deposit, the balance is refunded. If the deposit is used up, and the case is not yet concluded, monthly billing statements are sent and we are paid our balance on a monthly basis. Payments are accepted by Visa or MasterCard, cash, money order, cashier’s check, or in most cases, personal check.
