Previously, she concentrated on divorce and family law with the national firm of Fox Rothschild LLP and Cutler, Simeone, Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark.

Your office was always responsive to my needs, days, nights and weekends. Your office instilled the “whatever it takes” approach to represent me in the most professional, caring and cost conscientious manner. You were also very open about me soliciting another outside attorney’s consult ( or opinion) of issues surrounding my settlement. This cooperation’s was extremely impressive to me and confirmed that I was in expert hands. Your demeanor was always factual, up beat and to the point. You often spent time addressing any questions that I had as well as spending much time in helping me to understand the process until I was satisfied. I continue to recommend your services to all my friends and colleagues who have complex situations and need expert support in finalizing open issues.

I had the unfortunate situation of getting divorced after 24 years of marriage. I have 2 children that are still in school and my ex-wife and I were concerned with the financial as well emotional impact this event would have on the children and our lives going forward. In an effort to do the right thing (even though that is a very nebulous term related to this event) we decided to seek out a legal “mediator” rather than go the standard litigation route. Luckily there was a local attorney Rosanne DeTorres, who handles this type of service. We met with her a few times, initially to understand what would be required of us and finally to develop a formalized mediation agreement that was satisfactory to both of us. Ms. DeTorres was very clear and direct in her discussions with us. She gave sound advice regarding what was acceptable to the courts and advised what would be problematic. She handled all of the formal paperwork preparation and filing, the court appearance with me and generally guided us through a very emotional experience with minimal angst. Finally, the professional fee charged was a fraction of what we initially anticipated. This aspect of the effort helped my ex-wife and I get through this and clearly benefited us financially, mentally and physically.

I wanted to write you a letter thanking you for all the wonderful work you’ve done for me over the past year. As you are aware my ex wife and I decided to separate in December 2009 and asked you to provide mediation to help me through a divorce. During our first meeting you outlined the mediation process and gathered all the relevant information needed to start moving forward. During the course of our six plus meetings you clearly stated the laws around alimony, child care and support and division of assets that would be necessary to formally end the marriage. It was then up to my ex wife and I to determine which direction we wanted to go and what we were willing to accept and give up. Your mediation skills came to light when you forced my ex and I to have dialog in your office, one on one, while you remained the neutral party. Although those meetings were somewhat tense, through your help, we always made progress and left the office with “take aways” that we needed to consider prior to our next meeting with you. Ultimately, through your assistance, I was able to complete my divorce, separation to court judgment, in just four months. I feel the divorce settlement I received was a fair one that divided my assets but gave me joint parenting custody of my son Dale. Instead of spending thousands of dollars and months (or years) of litigation with my ex wife, I was able to put this divorce behind me and move forward with my life, all thanks to you. I would highly recommend you to anyone going through a painful process divorce. You can feel free to have any of your prospective clients contact me directly regarding my experience with your firm.

I am writing to thank you for your assistance with my divorce. Your strength of character and knowledge of the divorce process is appreciated. During my case, we met with much adversity and you were able to keep things in perspective. Your knowledge and ability helped me to navigate through the process. Your staff was also extremely helpful in keeping me updated and informed regarding details of my case. My sincere thanks to you for your assistance during a most difficult time in my life.

I am delighted to have the opportunity to have you and your team help me through a difficult divorce. Your firm consists of an excellent team of attorneys and paralegals. Erin DeGeorge exerts vast knowledge and experience. Erin provided insight, support, information and advice to ensure the best possible outcome for my divorce. Susan your paralegal is thorough and concise. She provided me information in a timely manner. Mindy, Erin’s paralegal, provided the same unparallelled service as well. Among the few I’ve mentioned, your team is professional, helpful and courteous in every aspect. I couldn’t be happier with having you and your team to help me with my legal matters. I’ve went through a few interviews with attorneys before I made my final decision. I would highly recommend you and your team to anyone that needs legal advice and help. Thank you for helping me through these difficult times. Thank you for the support and advice.
