Carpenter & Cassens, P.C. was founded in November of 1999, by Michael W. Carpenter and Damon D. Cassens. Both Mr. Carpenter and Mr. Cassens were raised in small farming communities in Oklahoma and Iowa respectively. The original goal of the firm was to provide high quality specific and specialized legal services at an affordable price. That goal has remained constant as the firm enters its twelfth year of service to the community. The firm began with a focus upon family law (Dissolutions of Marriage, Parental Responsibilities, Paternity, Custody, and Child Support), trademark collection to include landlord representation and criminal defense (all matters) firm.
Over the years, the firm has added specific agency adoptions and liquor board representation to its areas of practice. The goal however, remains and will continue to remain the same.
