Because this court was primarily a domestic violence court, Mr. Williams was able to gain extensive experience in domestic violence issues and cases.
Next, Mr. Williams extern with the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Williams spent roughly a year at the Santa Clara County District Attorney Office. At the district attorney office, he wrote and argued just about all of the motions for the misdemeanor department. He also prosecuted traffic violations. Mr. Williams helped planed for and participate in jury trials. He was also able to provide extensive input in trial strategy and pretrial negotiations.
He also worked for about two years at a small private defense firm in Chico prior to starting his own firm. When you hire Mr Williams you will get Mr. Williams as your personal attorney. Your case will not be handed to other associates. He will work your case from start to finish.
