Fees

This eliminates the uncertainty caused by hourly fee billing. The flat fee includes all legal fees for your matter, copy and postage charges, and charges for long distance phone charges within the continental United States. Your total cost will be the firm's flat fee, plus any fee charged by the government to process your application. Generally, there will be no additional costs. During your consultation, Ms. Allen will explain all fees, as well as any potential additional charges which could arise, such as expenses for expert witnesses, document translation, or possible additional services which may be needed. The firm will advise you prior to incurring any additional expenses. You will never be surprised by unexpected charges.
