Over 30 Years of Business Litigation Experience
My practice has concentrated in business litigation in state and federal courts for over thirty years. I have substantial experience in cases involving business transactions and contracts; real estate and real estate development including zoning, land use and titles; fraud; breach of fiduciary duty; breakup of closely-held businesses; commercial leasing; billboards and transportation. I do not handle personal injury cases, divorces or criminal matters.
In addition to quality representation, you can expect personal service; to make all the important decisions in your matter; my best efforts to achieve an economical use of my resources; and that I will get to the heart of your matter, simplifying it so that it can be easily solved or effectively conveyed to a court, public official or third party efficiently, economically and expeditiously.
I answer my own telephone and respond promptly to voice mail and email messages. Although others may work on your matter, your dealings will be overwhelmingly with me.
You will be kept informed of developments in your matter and your options will be explained to you. Although I will generally recommend a course of action, you will make all important decisions.

Not every case can be won, but every case has its strengths and every adversary’s case has its weaknesses . My job is to identify those strengths and weaknesses and to communicate them effectively to the decision maker.
