Jay Carey graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 1972. He has been a member of the Washington State Bar since 1972. The lawyers in the firm have extensive trial practice in domestic relations, trials and settlements have been pursues in dissolution, legal separation, annulments, non-parental custody’s, paternity, adoptions, dependency, guardianships and support cases.

Jay Carey was a Chapter 7 Trustee for over twenty years. Our office has litigated claims, discharge ability, civil lawsuits, in bankruptcy court.
The firm has been involved in D.U.I. and traffic, personal injury, bankruptcy, criminal and civil law, real estate, landlord representation, social security, disability and workmen’s compensation, wills and probates.

Hortensia Castillo graduated from Anahuac University Law School in Mexico City in 1983. Ms. Castillo has been licensed in Mexico since 1986 with Mexico Federal license no. 1047278 and in Washington since 1998 with WSBA no. 27933. Ms. Castillo is licensed as a Guardian ad Litem for chapter 11, 13 and 26 in Snohomish, King and Skagit Counties.

Steven Phillips graduated from Memphis State University law school in 1979. He has been a member of the Washington State Bar Association since, 1993. Mr. Phillips is licensed as a chapter 11 Guardian ad Litem for Snohomish, King and Skagit Counties.
