Attorney George M. Derieg
Mr. Derieg began his career working for the San Joaquin County Public Defender’s office, he then was hired by the Solano County Public Defender’s Office and worked there until starting his own office in 2010. Mr. Derieg received a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law, he is a member of the State Bar of California.
Mr. Derieg is an experienced, well respected criminal defense attorney who has earned his reputation through his skill in jury trial litigation.
Verdicts & Settlements
- Client facing charges in computer fraud, case is dismissed.
- Client’s home searched pursuant to a search warrant and dozens of mature marijuana plants are found. Case is later dismissed after winning a motion to exclude all evidence because of a violation of my client’s constitutional rights.
