Lawinfo.com Appoints Vice President of Development
SAN DIEGO, CA - (BUSINESS WIRE)- LawInfo.com, the Internet's oldest and
most established resource for legal information, announced the appointment
of Gregory
Jon
Hellings as the company's first vice president
of development. Hellings will aggressively drive LawInfo.com's plan for growth
by creating new business opportunities for the legal portal.
Prior to his appointment, Hellings, a native of Minnesota and graduate of Hamline University and Hamline University School of Law, was director of development/legal content and legal services for LawInfo.com. Before his relocation to San Diego in 1999, Hellings was a practicing attorney for 15 years and partner in the Law firm of Babcock, Locher, Neilson and Mannella.
I am very enthusiastic about this new responsibility. My focus in development is twofold. First, to continue to develop the Legal Resource Center at LawInfo.com in terms of legal content. Second, to develop relationships with businesses who desire the content, said Hellings. As vice president of development, Hellings is responsible for the unfolding of new business opportunities, review of weekly legal practice area specific newsletters currently distributed to over 45,000 subscribers, developing and expanding the 50,000 plus pieces of legal information currently on the Web site.
