After preparing these documents, we arrange for the filing of the required documents in all required states. On an annual basis, we prepare and file annual reports and all necessary amendments. In addition to the UFOC work, we provide ongoing counseling to our clients in the areas of contract interpretation and enforcement, trademark and other intellectual property issues, internet law, employment law, tax and real estate. We also assist our clients in resolving disputes within their franchise systems through negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation. Through membership in the ABA Forum on Franchising and other franchise organizations, we maintain a cutting-edge knowledge of emerging franchise legal issues.
