Attorney Randolph Freking was born 1957, and attended the University of Dayton where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. He obtained his law degree at The Ohio State University, and was admitted to practice in 1982. Randolph lives in Cincinnati with his wife and four children, and is an avid Cincinnati Reds fan!

Attorney Mark Napier was born in 1953, and attended The Ohio State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He attended Ohio Northern University School of Law where he served as a Law Review Associate Editor, and was admitted to practice in 1978. After graduating, Mr. Napier first served as an assistant county prosecuting attorney. Mark Napier has been in private practice and handling litigation cases for over 25 years. He is a graduate of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America’s National College of Trial Advocacy. Experienced as a trial lawyer, Mark concentrates his practice in the litigation of serious injury and wrongful death cases.

Attorney Charles McGinnis graduated from the University of Toledo, College of Law in 1978. He has over 25 years of experience representing working people and providing for their legal needs.
