Technology Lawyers
Technology lawyers are lawyers engaged in counseling businesses on the law and regulation of computers, technology systems and the Internet. Technology is a major aspect of nearly all businesses these days. Lawyers not skilled in understanding technology may well lose business clients that increasingly encounter technology law issues. Technology lawyers need to also be well-versed in business and contract law, since so many business transactions now involve technology systems or technology-based transactions. In the past, technology lawyers might have been hard to find except in the largest cities. Today, however, lawyers skilled in technology law can be found most anywhere.
