Visiting the USA - Visas Lawyers

A passport and visa to visit the USA are both normally required for foreign nationals entering the country. A visa to visit the USA is not required for foreign nationals coming from a country eligible for the Visa Waiver Program. Nationals of countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program do not need visas to visit the USA if their stays are less than 90 days, and other restrictions.
